"Când viața se înțepenește în noi scriem, scrisul e o ploaie curată ce cade din cer... Ploaia nu are stil, se scrie simplu așa ca o respirație, dar lumea tristeții e mereu dincolo de cuvinte, de aceea e greu să scrii despre tristete, să descoperi neînțelesul când pacea ta plutește deasupra ca un corb flâmând. Cel care scrie ia cu timpul, chipul scrisului său, își crează o lume în care se simte ca peștele în apă, apoi începe să înoate împotriva curentului. Atunci umbra lui se îndepărtează tot mai mult de el, merge singură înainte, pe același drum pe care și-ar fi dorit el să meargă..."
